What is a Dental crown?
Dental crowns protect heavily filled teeth from fracture by preserving the remaining tooth structure. It is a common cosmetic dentistry procedure.

What is involved?
Normally two visits are required by the cosmetic dentist and the treatment is painless. For highly cosmetic results (e.g. a front crown) it is advisable for the patient to visit our dental laboratory for accurate colour matching. The dental crown is fitted approximately two weeks later at the dental practice.
